Our directory allows members in good standing to mark providers as "recommended" or "not a fit."
- "Recommended" generally means that the provider would be quoted or hired again by the recommender.
- "Not a fit" generally means the provider would not be hired or quoted again by the recommender.
Other members provide information about their unit ownership, W-2 employees, eviction frequency, and/or age of buildings to help you understand whether a "recommendation" or "not a fit" from them may be relevant to you in your business.
A listing in the directory does not indicate endorsement by MassLandlords. A "recommendation" or "not a fit" from an owner like you is a clue but is not an assurance that a provider may or may not be appropriate for your business.
Always exercise independent judgment, including checking references, licensure, registration, etc., before hiring.
